Nope, It's just I have bought the VAG COM for personal use and found it quite useful and convenient, and thought would be good if I can offer cheap diagnostics to peeps in the area. Considering dealers charge ~£60 for each plug in...

Fair enough. I thought most people charge for this service.

Can anyone help me to identify my OBD2 interface as to why it doesn't work onmy laptop. I bought it about a year ago off ebay without a clue about diagnostics. It isn't being picked up at all on laptop, let alone when plugged into a car. It is a small white box with serial port for laptop and the OBD2 plug on other. Anyone in Nottingham area can have a look, I will do free plugin :). I have tried it with VAG-COM, Scantool, and plenty of other tools
