sucking pipes mk4 tdi 115

Hello

Im not sure what these pipes are called but they are located above the turbo on my car and these small pipes fit into some kind of sensors. the pipes are black and there is a few of them, i think 1 goes to the EGR valve etc, i was looking at my car and noticed that one of these is not linked to something and when the engine is started the pipe is sucking. im pretty sure this should be connected to something!! does anyone have a diagram of where these pipes go? or could someone take a pic of theres so i can see where they all go?

bit more info, ive been looking on the net and one of the pipes connects to the N75 Valve?? what is this valve? and where should all the pipes go??

there is 3 hoses on this n75, 2 of them are connected and the other isnt, does anyone have a diagram of where these hoses should live??????
