Servotronic power steering - Configurator

Anyone using the Configurator - now that is is working after about 3 weeks, may have noticed that there is no servotronic power steering mentioned - though there is in the latest PDF - no. 9.

Don't worry. I have just spoken to Audi service and servotronic is available as an option. The Configurator will be corrected soon.

I would not recommend servotronic option cause it "kills" road feedback.

I have it on my present A4 and have ordered it again for the new A4.

I told Audi customer service that (in case its removal from the Configurator was deliberate, and not a mistake) if the car arrives without it, it can go back to the factory.

For me servotronic is essential.

Servotronic on the S-Line is essential and makes a hell of a difference.
With the lower suspension you certainly feel the road more and the servo
helps balance things up whilst still benefiting with the cool S-Line looks.
