Hi All,

I have a 99 Audi A3 Sport and am just trying to resolve a few issues with it.

The first was the Concert Volume problem - which with the help of this forum is now being repaired by O.E Electronics in Wiltshire.

The second is a problem with the buzzer which is meant to sound if the lights are left on or the petrol is low etc.... Mine is not working.

Am I correct in thinking this is concealed in the main dash unit? Or is this incorrect?

Is there anything I can do to put this right?

Any help is much appreciated - Stuart - thanks for the forum.

The lights alert and petrol alert are not connected in any way??

The DIS alerts you when fuel is low and the light switch alerts you when the door is opened (this forms a ciruit to power the buzzer...

please can you go into a little more detail.

Cheers

Hi Rick

Thanks for your post.

Is it coincidence that the buzzer for both alerts is not working then?

In my old A3 when the petrol light came on the buzzer sounded - this no longer happens.

In my old A3 when the lights were left on the buzzer sounded - this no longer happens.
