Sharan brake warning light

THe brake warning light on my sharan comes on intermittently. I asked the dealer to look at it while I was having some other work done and of course the warning light did not come on at all and the brakes are fine. However, this morning, the day after picking the car up - guess what - the warning light came on again. It has since gone off again.

Should I just ignore it knowing the brakes have been checked? any ideas?

Tim, I had a previous car that did this, it was the brake oil level that caused the intermittent light.

However, Now, on my sharan, the rear pads also have the wiring for pad wear indication. Make sure you check them too.
