Tyre insurance

Hi guys,
does anyone have any experience of claiming on tyre insurance?
The missus has managed to kerb both front wheels ( :cussing:) and the Inchcape claims office is now closed. I'm going to ring them Monday morning and I'm hoping they'll tell me to take it to my local Audi dealership for replacement. They state in the documentation they accidental damage is covered, so fingers crossed!

No. I didn't make it very clear above but a chunk has been taken out of the rim saver on the tyre wall (both sides.) They are being looked at today by Stortford Performance Tyres who are my local Audi dealer's contractor for tyres. They've been very helpful over the phone so should get it sorted one way or another today. :biglaugh:
