Hi,
I need to get some piston rings, main bearings and my oil pump reconditioned/replaced.
I'm running a 1997 2.5 TDI Quattro AEL engine code.
Does anyone know of anywhere to get this stuff at the best prices?
GSF can't get the bearings or rings, euro can't get the rings and want £75+ vat for the bearings.
*some magic software* is showing bearings 034 198 491c at £20 + vat I assume thats each and I need 6, rings 046 198 151a at £40+ vat again I'm assuming thats x 5 and the oild pump is coming in from £170+ vat to £390 + vat.
I'm based in the west mids and could do with some pointers.
