Hi,
I have an Audi A3 1.6 Sport (2001). Whenever i start the car up at cold i get a loud whinning kind of noise, it sounds belt driven i think.
This noise last for around 30 seconds, during this time if i try to drive the car it will stall unless i rev it highly, i just leave it for 30 seconds till the noise goes away and then drive it and its fine. The noise doesnt sound too healthy though so cant be doing much good for the engine
Has anyone else had this problem and know what this is or have this problem at the moment aswell? Any help with this would be great.
