Sharan wing mirror

Hi I've just bought a 98 Sharan S and noticed that the driver side wing mirror is loose, are they easy to fit? where's the best place to buy one and what kind of price can I expect to pay.

MIne cost £23 from a main parts dealer Wayside, Bletchley, but I haven't fitted it yet....cos not sure how the old one comes off.

door trim has to come off, the bolts that hold mirror on are behind rubber bungs on the door, disconnect electrical/mechanical connections and the mirror housing should come off, hope this helps

Thanks for that. Actuallly I only have to replace the glass, which seems to pull out but thats the damaged one. Does the new one just push in ??? After connecting wires of course.:confused:

should just push in but use a scrunched towel to push it on in case the mirror breaks, no cut hands!!!!!!!:D
