Testing Cam Sensor

Hello,
Can anyone help me.

I have a problem with my Audi coupe 2.6E with has an ABC engine, I recently changed the cams and now it won't start. There is no spark so my suspicion is that the cam sensor is not working.

Does anyone know how to test the cam sensor?
