i wnt to put 280mm set up on the front of my mk2 16v 1988 and the bits i have to do this are from a corrado only prob is im not sure which corrado there off,there 5 stud,have the abs sensors on and the ball joint is on an angle approx 45% can any one help

As far as I know the 1.8 & 2.0 16v have 254mm brakes & the VR6 & G60's have the 280mm brakes. I did the 256mm conversion on my Scirocco which I believe is the same setup as on the your 16v. Godd place for info is http://the-corrado.net/wiki/index.php/Category:General_Corrado_Info

If they are 5 stud then they are either off a mk3 gti or corrado/golf vr6, the only corrado with 280 discs and four studs was the g60

thanks guys,ive found out loads over the last month and know exactly whats what now the things i have are from a corrado vr6 and wont go on my mk 2 unless i go wide track,the rout im takin when i do finaly do this conversion is,late 16v bearing housing,5 stud hub,280mm calipers and carriers,vr6 cv joints and discs will be g60 4 stud drilled to be 5 stud yea you heard me wright all this to fit my wheels but it will be worth it in the end
