Hello!

Wondered if anyone could reccomend a decent VW Audi specialist in Plymouth. Its had mainly Audi dealership long life servicing but the previous owner undertook the last 2 10k services so I want to get a few specialist stamps in the book to help when I sell it.

I have booked car in with a company called Danny's VWs for full service, gearbox oil change and brake fluid for around £220 which seems pretty good.

Wondered if anyone has used this company or know of another decent specialists in Plymouth (land of the cream teas!). If not I will post feedback following service.

Cheers

ps. Not Ph1l D@vies.

Service all done as per price below. I also had leak from water pump, cambelt was due in 8k so had that done too for £260 includng tensioners.

Very good prices and service would definately reccomend and will defintately go back again.

Thanks for that. Mine is due a cambelt change and service in a couple of months.

Previously used Audi main dealer in Plympton and wasn't overly impressed.

Where abouts is Danny's VW's?

No worries address below they are behind interfish factory.

I rang around other vw/audi specialists in plymouth and no one came near the prices I paid for the service or the cambelt change. On top of that one of the specialists charges virtually identical prices to Audi and I am not entirely convinced that the work they have told me needed doing in the past was necessary (after getting second opinion!).

Danny's deal with aircooled stuff through to newer VW stuff but I figured that given that the newer VWs are essentially mechanically the same as Audis I gave them a go and was not dissapointed.

They are busy so may be best to book early.
