Kufatec in Germany will be able to sort you out. They speak English and are extremely helpful. Depending on precisely what your vehicle already has fitted, you may need the following:
See this link (http://www.kufatec.de/shop/product_info.php/info/p401_Bluetooth-Kit-Retofit-Audi-A4-8E--only-bluetooth-.html)
hope this helps

yes its fairly easy if you have rnse (sat nav),there is no mmi on b7 so rnse it is.Try craig at his retrofit site, hes based in manchester and will normally travel.http://www.tclsatnav.com/Tell him he owes me if he does it for you(tax man stops me from doing it)

FWIW, the unit I linked to is a full retro fit compatible with RNS-E as well as RNS-D, Concert II, Symphonie II, Chorus II and BNS 5.0. I am not connected with Kufatec in any way, just very impressed with their assistance.
hope this helps

What do you mean by " there is no mmi on b7"?
