Brake Pad changing

A job for the experienced home mechanic? New to A8's but can I change pads at home or do I need special tools and interstella knowledge to be able to change a set of pads?

A decent home mechanic should be okay with that. I didn't need any special tools do it on my A6, I don't imagine you would need any on the A8.

I think you will need a piston wind back tool for the rears. About £15 from halford or local car tool place.
