It is possible but it is expensive.
If you have the rear camera is is easyer (tis means that you have the mmi control module with Fbas input)
If not You need a newmmi head unit with fbas input.
Then you need the wiring.

I am waiting for my 57 plate q7 to arrive. New here and to Audi please be gentle! It has rear camera dab ipod kit,bluetooth etc etc. A couple of questions :-
How straightforward is it to install a TV tuner?
How will the system work withan iphone for music/calls etc?
