Which VAG COM? 1.9 tdi 1998

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a 1998 1.9tdi avant and I need to do several things to it. I only have one key so will need to buy a blank and set it up to work with existing locks/immobiliser. Also my computer display screen is a bit faulty so am thinking about changing the clocks, so will need to reprogram because of immobiliser. Also will need to adjust mileage if new clocks fitted.

What VAG COM stuff would I need to do this? Which software and which leads?

I think that a v.3.11 of Vag-Com is ok for you...

You will need both vag tacho to get you SKC and Adjust your mileage and vag com to program your new transponder.
