Hi folks,
After 5 mins of driving my glow plug light starts flashing. It's not happening everytime I drive the car but about 70% of the time. It doesn't seem to be affecting the car i.e. starts fine & running fine. I have read in a previous post (albeit a Bora but I know its same company) that it wasn't the glow plugs but a fault with a brake light.
Which leads me to my next problem. I recently had a brake light out and changed it with seemingly no problems until I noticed that, with the ignition/car off but the key still in, i'm getting a buzzer/alarm like the one you get if you leave your lights on. Does anyone know if the two problems are connected or whether I can fix it or the flashing glow plug light myself? I've changed pads and discs on cars before but never tried to change glow plugs so any help would be appreciated.
