Resync key fob after battery change

Hello,

I have just changed the battery in the keyfob on my 2002 A4 Avant. Does anyone have instructions for re-syncing the keyfob please?

I'm having a bad day.

I had this, i just unlocked the car with the key, turned the car on and it resynced automatically.

I dont know if this is the general rule but it does seem to work.

That worked for me too - it actually tells you how to do this in the driver's manual... :)
