mk2 1988 1.6ez suspension upgrade

hello there
i have a mk2 golf 5dr 1.6ez, and unfortunately the back shocks have had it, 3 people in the car and it's **** is on the floor, so i need some recomendations on new shocks, what to get and from who.
i am in the bristol area so i have a gsf near by so far i have only changed one front shock so i know how to do that but the back ones are still a mystery
so any advice gratefully received, and i would rather do all four so that the handling is not messed up. plus maybe a little lower would be kool

i have been looking at a kit that janspeed offer, which is a shock and spring kit which lowers the car 40mm all round it costs £179.99 anyone have any experience with janspeed?

You will also need new rear bump stops. The Vogtland "Junior" kit is a top quality kit with German made springs and costs £210.
