i have got a v reg vw lupo 1.4s. my heater blows hot air when it feels like if but most of the time it is freezing cold. Have had mechanic look at it can't work out what is wrong. Any ideas? a couple of weeks ago the water hose came loose and i drove it for about 10 minutes without any water but is running fine now, wonder if this created problem.
