Ipod car adapter A6

Hello forum,

I am new to this forum and to owning an Audi. Just got it on monday and loving it, though having trouble getting used to a manual car again, stalled it 3 times yesterday!

I am looking to buy an adapter to listen to my ipod and have no idea where to begin. Obviously anything which is easy to connect and a good price would be a bonus. Any advice most gratefully received.

Hi Leanne, I'm new here too having just sold my mercedes for an Audi A4 Avant.

I have previously hooked up a Connects2 adapter for an ipod in the merc which worked well but was not great for controlling through the head unit. So I used to pull the ipod out of the glove box, disconnect and select an album before reattaching. Quite annoying while driving.

Hi there just bought an ipod this week along with a "Itrip" it plugs car lighter socket into the ipod to charge it and used the radio signal to play the ipod through the car speakers.

Hope this helps, I am a complete noob with these, only had it 2 days.
