I noticed today that my 95 A4 tdi brakes started to feel funny, lots of pedal travel before anything happens. With the engine off, I can pump the brake pedal and it goes solid. It seems ok when I first set off, but if I'm driving for a while without using the brakes it gets worse, basically to the floor. I've just had the clutch replaced, so assuming it might be something to do with the master cylinder. Any ideas?
