Instrument Cluster Replacement
Good evening to everyone! What do I need to change my monochrome instrument cluster to the colour one? My car is an Audi A4 1.8TQ 2006MY (B7) with Concert III Audio and Trip Computer. (I am talking regarding VAG COM programming)

you will need both the skc/login for the old and new cluster.
This however is not as easy as other models to retrieve as the A4 uses RB4 CRYPTO dash which of course uses encryption.

I heard with VAG TACHO 2.2 you can read and program the LOGIN CODE to program the TACHO to match the ECU.

I am trying to do this at this moment on my 00 beetle. It does not work. I can read my ecu pin code but I can not read or write my tacho pin code. My button to write the tacho key code is available but everytime I use it I get an error saying I WRONG PIN CODE!

This is really stupid because I am programming a new code not entering a code! So I dont know maybe it doesnt work for beetle!
