What down load do I need

Righty then Iv downloaded that softwere and still no joy. When I go to options and test I cet com port 1 ok but interface not found or not ready. com port 2 and 3 ****all and com port 4 moden, help..........................

You need a driver for the cable installed, are you running XP or Vista ?
