Standard 110bhp manual nozzles are 0.205mm.

I would go for the Bosio or Bosch nozzles, they will give more power & less smoke than the cheap ebay variety.

If you Get Bosch nozzles, the largest i would recommend for no smoke on standard hardware are 0.216.

If you get Bosio nozzles, the largest for no smoke on standard hardware would be the 0.232 PP764/PP502.
The PP520 0.216 nozzles are also very good.

Running a tuning box with larger nozzles will just result in 'a lot' more smoke.

Without a remap, you will find that your tuning box gives more power than the nozzles alone, as it is advancing your timing by having a larger injection window.

Nozzles alone will only raise the power approx 10bhp, you will need a remap, or larger turbo/denser charge & remap for big power gains from them.

If you want to use you tuning box get relatively smaller nozzles (PP520 etc)
