Passat 2001 dipped beam relay

I lost both dipped beams one a month ago and the other a couple of days ago. I've tried new bulbs and checked the fuses .All ok. It must be a relay.Any ideas where the relay for this is or what number it is.My local VW garage didn't know......

No relay. If its not the fuses it must be the light switch or the switch in the indicator stalk.

head lights are working fine on indicator stock.this is powered by light switch in dipped beam position. Would the lights fail so far apart because of the light switch?
