Speech Command Problems

I have programmed tel numbers in to the mmi system using voice command, no probs there, but now I want to delete the phonebook/names, and the response I get from the car is "Function not possible" Can anyone help, its driving me nuts.

What are you saying? The command delete phonebook should be ok? :confused:

if not and its really getting on your nerves, go to delete user data and then it will get rid of it, but you'll have to set them damn thing up again and also put all the numbers back in. You should be able to do it manually through the MMI IIRC.

I had the Speech activated phone on my first B7, then when i exchanged for my current one, went with the parrott for this exact reason, it would do what i told it to do!
