Phaeton Sat Nav

Hi All my first post
Proud owner of 56 Reg 3.0 tdi just back from 5weeks and 4000 miles trouble free:Blush: trip to Portugal. My Sat Nav is CD based sounds a bit wimpish but it's so tedious having to change discs everytime you cross a border. Does anyone know if I can I upgrade to DVD?

I think it's tele atlas, but im not 100% sure, i think it says on the disk, you can always get the update disk from VW, but its very pricey (surprise surprise) although it does have the user manual on it. If you buy from the mapping people direct, it will work but you wont have this feature
