Hi everybody!
I am new to the forum, and have been planning to regain some Audi love.
I used to own a 2.3 20v Coupe which I loved but it died, & I was very sad. A few years of boring practical driving down the road, I want some love and life back in my car.
I made up my mind to get an Audi Cabriolet/Convertible. I love the way they look. Just class. I had planned initally to get a 1.8 20v due to the economy, but then had the bright idea of getting a 2.8 V6 and a gas conversion- which would pay for itself in under a year.
Then I started getting a bit greedy, which brings me to my question. Is it possible to convert a Cabriolet to run on S2 running gear? i.e. engine, gearbox, quattro system. And if so how would one go about it?
If anybody has the vaguest information on the subject I would be most grateful.
