We get an annoying loud noise when the bluetooth phone connects and disconnects.

Does anyone know how to switch this off? (or reduce the volume?)

(And why do we need the stupid noise in the first place??)

Model: 2007 TT convertable

You, too? I've been searching this forum as I have this problem myself - so far I can't find any threads where anyone has a resolution. I see you wrote this a few months ago...did you ever discover how to fix this?
Any guidance is appreciated!

No, no progress whatsoever. I do have contacts in Germany and so I may try there. I am also a little dissapointed that the Forum adminstrators havenīt been able to pass this one back to Audi... I am sure Audi need the feedback

What type of radio system do you have, fairly sure there is a way but think it's only possible with navigation high system.

Turn the phone volume down on your phone and try that as prep low generation 2+ radio has no driver controls to adjust the volume only the mfs wheel knurled knob and the radio volume knob so your phone sound level is transmitted into the radio loud speaker.
