Q7 running boards / side steps.

Hi,am new to all this so please bear with me...
I have a 07 3 litre diesel Q7 and have just purchased a set of genuine Audi running boards from Ebay.They arrived without the brackets that attach the legs of the boards to the chassis.The seller would like to see some kind of drawing etc that shows these brackets before he takes his Q7 apart as there were factory fitted on his Q7 and are hidden behind plastic trim.

I would welcome any help with this one please......

Alan, I recently signed up and noticed that you have an '07 3 litre diesel Q7. Unfortunately I can't help with the running board issue. Maybe you should check with the dealer on this before going any further.

How is your Q7 on exhaust emissions? Does it run pretty clean?
