PAS rack

Can anyone tell me if there are seperate pipes avail for the steering rack for a 96 m/y passat these are pressure transfer pipes on the rack or do I have to buy replacement rack:confused:

You can’t buy them, annoying when they rust through and spray PSF all over the exhaust. I have tried to get them made in the past but failed.

There are various sources for exchange recon racks but quality varies and VAG exchange racks are silly money at £555.51 and if it was a 16v or VR6 they are £884.87. It isn't often that I have to replace a TRW rack; they are very reliable but try GSF. I have had problems with racks from Euro Car Parts.
