self leveling xenons???

:1zhelp: My Xenon headlights seem to be to low/ light too close to the car!!
Now what i need to know is this, can they be adjusted as they are self leveling?

A diagnostic code read first and possibly basic settings to set them up, you need something like VAG-COM (VCDS) for this.

Is that 1 of those lap top style things, plugs into the car somewhere?
If so do you think the 1 @ a vw dealers would work? My brother in law works for vw;) And would it be a job he could do.
