Ipod connection

Hi guys......is it possible to directly connect my ipod to the concert 11 stereo in my TT

I tried one of the radio transmitter things.......rubbish!

yes you can fit ipod lead to chorus 2.Like this http://www.nexxia.co.uk/iPod_MP3_Adaptors/audi.htm or direct from audi parts,you will need radio removal tools also(flea bay)

Will this show the song titles on the head unit ?

I have been told that there is no way to transmit the id3 tags (artist and title etc) to the audi head unit or dash display. audis are not designed to receive / decode the information. I am thinking of getting the denison link gateway 100 but i need to know if you can still use the contols / screen of the ipod while it is connected.
