Hi

Does anyone know what are the best modifications to improve the handling and performance on a MK4 Tdi 150bhp. I was thinking about getting an anti-role bar strut fitted on the engine bay - does anyone recommned this? Does anyone know what type and where i could get hold of one that will work well with the Mk4?

I am not too keen on chipping or having a new ECU remap - what other cheap modifications can be done to improve performance and handling?

Can anyone recommned any websites or other links?

If anyone has a pdf or guide please email it to me on iworld007@hotmail.com

Thanks

For the suspension, Eibach springs and Vogtland dampers or a Vogtland kit if you want it a little lower than the Eibach springs give. Eibach anti roll bars are very worthwhile. Convert the front brakes to 312-mm which is quite easy and the rears to 256-mm vented, which isn’t so easy.

I like to fit a tuning box instead of re-mapping as it can be removed if required.

Eibach Pro-street S coilovers work a treat! Eagle F1 tyres have certainly improved the handling on mine.
