Hello,
I have a 1997 A4 2.8 with a 5 speed manual transmission. Vehicle has 137,000 miles. The anti lock sensors engage when I coast to a stop with the clutch in. This occurs at about 10-12 mph with moderate brake pressure. The car has new front rotors. I had a shop check it out and everything checks out with the exception that 1 ABS sensor is lodged and cannot be removed without tearing it apart. Could that sensor be the problem? I think it is rusted in. Any ideas?
