I've just bought my Audi A8 with one touch memory fingerprint recognition. It however seems that this system is not very reliable. Setting it up it took several attempt to make it recognise my fingerprint. I tried different fingers (I have normal clean hands without bruises - office worker :). Eventually the system recognised my fingerprint and sometimes it works, however in more than 75% of the cases the system responds "User not recognised". I have tried to clean the pad. That doesn't seem to help.
Anyone experienced this problem?
