what to look for when buying a 1.4 tdi

My girlfriend is looking at getting a fabia 1.4 tdi as her next car. I was just wondering what things to look out for when looking over them !!!

Best to check for signs of water ingress from the rear doors, check the carpet in the rear for dampness.
Check that no warning lights show on the dashboard, PAS can be a problem with these cars.
