Hi. Is there anyone who can shed some light on the following heater fault?..... please!! :1zhelp:

A neighbour of mine has an R plate 1.8 SE A4, with a malfunctioning climate control.
The only thing the heater blower is blowing is fuses!!
Every time you put a new fuse in it blows straight away, whilst the climate control display shows the heater speeds going up and down (all over the place) on its own.
The heater motor was removed and connected directly to a 12v battery where it seemed to work ok.
We've connected a diagnostic machine and it came up with 3 codes:
00792 - A/C Pressure Switch (F129) open/short circuit to earth.
00532 - Supply voltage B+ signal too low.
01273 - Fresh air blower (V2) regulating difference.
We then erased the codes, and the 01273 code comes back within a few seconds.

Before I spend any more time looking in the wrong area, has anyone had the same/similar problem and managed to cure it
It's Sods-Law he'd get a fault like this just in time for Winter!!

Any help would be most appreciated.

Regards

Rob.
