:confused: does anyone know how to fix the centre armrest between the front seats of my seat toledo, it wont release and is stuck in the upright position.

remove rear ash tray armrest held in with one tork bolt in topof ash tray hole once out "carefully "prise sides off to get to rachet mechanism a good squirt of wd40 shouldrelease it unless metal release bar has come out of handle:D:D:biglaugh:

does anyone know where i can purchace a cambelt tensioner adjusting tool for my toledo 1.9tdi. 110bhp 2003 model.
i think vw has two different sizes, which type and part number will do my job?
