Fault with glow plugs on 1995 diesel vento

I've been having problems with starting my diesel vento of late. I thought it was the glow plugs which I replaced (not easily done):zx11:,but still nothing. The Haynes manual says there is some kind of relay behind the dash.:1zhelp: It doesn't say where it is or what it looks like.
Any guidance would be appriciated.:beerchug:
