Hi The cogs are difficult to transfer as they are very easy broken and for all they cost you should have renewed them

Hello,

Did you find out what the problem was? I've recently done the same job, with the same result? Would be very very grateful if you could let me know what the solution was.

Cheers,

ABS Speed Sensor Rotors on Rear Discs can be had from GSF Part No. 64760. (OE Part No 443 614 149 A)

I put my discs in the Fridge and the ABS Rotors in the oven at 200F (when the wife was out shopping).

Use your thick gardening gloves to hold the hot bits and they should drop straight onto the discs with no hammering.
