Where Do The Pipes Go To (turbo Pipes)

We did an engine change on my passat and i'm trying to establish where these pipes are supposed to be attached too (pics uploaded). if anyone can respond by uploading pictures as well i'd be grateful.

The one that's pointing at the airbox goes into the top rear of the airbox.

Don't know about the other one.

I've just had a look in the engine bay of my 98 TDI and the remaining pipe goes to a "Y" connector leading to the N75? valve under the large bore air inlet pipe that is just infront of it.
