The indicators on my 2003 TT have just about packed up. I suspect the relay needs replacing.

Can anyone advise how easy to replace - or is it a visit to the garage?

Do your hazzard lights work because they use the same relay (i think) or it could also be a fault with the stem switch or even the hazzard switch ???

Hi Eric, I've just had my faulty indicators repaired in my 2003 TT, common fault and usually means the replacement of the relay which is part of the harzard lights. part cost £25

Hi, my g/f 53 TT's indicators have just gone too!
Amazing how much happens immediately when something's warranty expires!
Anyway - they stay on (don't flash) when indicating, but the hazzards still flash?! - is this normal and what others have experienced?
My home dealer has quoted me around £100 to fix, whilst the dealer nearer work wants £80. £25 for the part was mentioned above, is the extra money worth it for labour or am I being ripped off?
Thanks.
