electrical problem on golf mk3

PLEASE HELP



Just bought a 51 plate golf TDi and its starting to play up.You can be driving normally and then the radio and dash lights go off for a second or two then they turn back on but the time clock resets to 00:00 .Sometimes when it happens the engine revs drop as though its going to stall.:1zhelp:

Sounds like a loose connection there somewhere. Most probally a loose earthing wire, or could even be a loose fuse or relay. But this is definitely your problem, this causes all the symptoms you described.
