Front Bumper Removal

Help please. I need to remove and realign front bumper on my 2005 2.0TDI SE Avant.

I'm in the same boat there with the front bumper - just bought a 2005 A4 2.0tdi se avant and only noticed a 2cm gap between the bonnet and grill when i washed the car for the first time a week later - there is also a 5mm gap under the headlights of the car:(. It must have been pulled down by the previous owner hitting a high kerb as the car is as new otherwise. I'm thinking of getting the timing belt changed (70k on car) and getting that sorted at the same time. Unless someone can let me know a quick diy fix?
