As I have been thinking about doing the belt on my 1999 Passat myself I have been prevented by having to have a toenail operation.Very painful!!:oSo I am taking up an offer on Mon 18th Feb that I saw on Ebay from VW agent Loders in Yeovil. They are offering all in for £250 with a 2yr unlimited mileage warranty.Plus a courtesy car.I hope this works out.I figured that with the cost of the kit it is a reasonable charge, the Taunton VW (Silver Street) quotes £442!! If anyone else has had this done by them, or want to know how I got on then please feel free to ask me..:beerchug:
