:confused:Hi there, i have a 2002 (52) Mk4 golf, 1600 16v. im sorta in the process of modifieing my car but im stuck with what backbox to get? on my last car i jumped into getting a backbox with both feet and regreted it hugely. the noise from inside the car was unbearable past 50mph. so this time im going to be a bit more choosy. I supose im looking for a nice sounding sports exhaust without loads of noise from inside the car. Has anyone got any surggestions or history on a superb exhaust? Cheers :beerchug:

i know they are a bit expencive, but you get what you pay for.

Well again that depends on what you go for, CAT back is what most people have, also your engine and the type of back box you want will all effect the price, i would expect to pay £350 ish

or u could have a custom built one by poweflow i had one my leon
quite good i would be looking to pay about £300 to £350 for cat back
but more if u where looking to replace cat to 100cell sports cat and new down pipe
blue flame come highly recommend as well just depends what kind of system you are after my m8 leon is a 20v turbo Joby he had a full blue flame exhaust and a revo remap to suite on awesome gti rollers he got nearly 221bhp out of is 180bhp leon which is not bad for just a exhaust and remap
