The low fuel warning light will not go out on my 2002 beetle. Also the door open chime while the keys are in the ignition stopped working....related?:1zhelp:

check your fuses.

I know the chime unit can be replaced. If you want I can check the manual for location of the chime. I need year and engine type

fuel warning light i probably the head unit if it it out of warranty live with it as it is a huge cost

the chime is according to our dealer all related tot he door lock mechanism if the interior light doesn't work as well as ours doesn't again we are living with it

my 2002 beetle does that too, i've not managed to find a way to sort it out, other than stamp a perfect circle out of black tape with a hole punch and stick it over the orange light....the perspex cowl comes off really easily

a big bodge i know but it'll do for me !!
