i have a 97 passat 1.9 tdi sport 110 bhp,the clocks have packed up and i have found some new ones but dont know if the part numbers are right if anyone knows these are the numbers 1j0919911bx,they look exactly the same as mine just want to be 100% sure,thanks in advance guys?

With VAG Part numbers, the first 3 digits determin the vehicle, "1J0" is a MK4 Golf. Passats are usually "3A0", "3B0", "3D0" although there may be more, but as a rule will start "3xx"

i have also seen the bora codes for the clocks start with ibo aswell?

I would say they are different:( Try removing your and getting the number off them, or give a dealer the VIN number and ask them to give you the correct part number.
